An entrepreneur, Ashwin Reddy is the CEO and a co-founder of Fisheye Analytics. Apart from running the business, he is also involved in helping some of the largest institutional clients implement social media analytics for Communications, Marketing & Opinion mining purposes by offering consultation and solutions through Fisheye Analytics.
Before becoming the CEO, he was leading research and development in the company as a CTO and was also actively involved in shaping the product. Specializing in engineering search systems and crunching volumes of realtime data, he has been instrumental in developing the state-of-art technology which powers Fisheye's business.
Prior to founding Fisheye Analytics, Ashwin spent 3 years conducting research at INSEAD, where he developed algorithms designed to make sense out of unstructured data. His research formed the basis of Fisheye Analytics' powerful aggregation and analytics platform.
Ashwin passionately follows the latest developments in IT and social media, always bringing the freshest ideas into the company. He graduated from BITS Pilani, India, with an engineering degree and a math major.
Dr. Soumitra Dutta

Soumitra Dutta is the dean of the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He previously served as the Roland Berger Chaired Professor of Business and Technology and founder and academic director of the eLab at INSEAD, a top-ranked graduate business school with campuses in Fontainebleau, France, Singapore and Abu Dhabi.
Previous roles Dutta has held during his 23-year tenure at INSEAD include Dean of external relations; Dean of executive education; and Dean of technology and e-learning. He has served as a visiting professor in the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley, Oxford Internet Institute at University of Oxford, and Judge School at University of Cambridge in England. He has lived and worked in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including stints as an engineer with GE in the U.S. and Schlumberger in Japan.
Lutz is co-founder and former CEO of “Fisheye Analytics”, a media data mining company. As an expert for data analytics he has supported various industries, from Brands such as Telefonica or the Daily Mail Group to governments and NGO's such as the World Economic Forum and the Olympic Committee.
Before building up Fisheye Analytics, Lutz led Dell's online merchandizing business in Europe. Lutz is an Intra/Entrepreneur by heart. He has successfully built up several businesses such as a new sales center for Dell in Germany, an incubator for mobile applications for Ericsson and a start up selling online individualized Cards.
Lutz has a Masters in Quantum Physics and an MBA from INSEAD. Currently he is writing a book on how to use data analytics within a business together with Soumitra Dutta. The book will be published beginning of 2013 by O'Reilly Media.
