We see and hear everything. Then deliver actionable insights.
Fisheye Analytics performs end-to-end media monitoring and analytics. We aid businesses and organizations in the areas of brand insight, public relations tracking, trend capture, competitor analysis and customer care. Our powerful monitoring systems allows for flexible reporting so the real question is what can YOU achieve with us.
Our work can be classified into five main stages:
Aggregation
With our proprietary monitoring system, we aggregate data from millions of media sources covering television, print, traditional online publications and social media. Our system can recognise data in 44 languages. We are adding and refining our language recognition capabilities everyday. The best part is, we make the Fisheye system available to you, right at your desktop, so you can tune into the global conversation whenever you need to.
Analysis and filtering
This data can be collected in-house or, as previously mentioned, directly by you using the Fisheye web-based interface. The next step is to analyze and filter the data, sometimes iteratively, in order to achieve a deep understanding of the market and uncover actionable insights. Our proprietary research interface filters data along dozens of pre-specified or customised parameters such as media type, geography and theme. A standard analysis covers number of mentions, sentiment, reach, purchase-equivalent value, trending topics or ‘concepts’ as we prefer to call them and the credibility of information sources. Our in-house consultants perform customised analysis where requested.
Human reading
At this stage, you may personally select parts of the discussion for your own reading and pinpoint key bloggers, Twitterers and other influencers to engage with. However, if you need a thorough, comprehensive reading, Fisheye has research teams based in 45 countries.
Engagement
The final step is action. We derive the best options for action from the data analysis and make recommendations towards your digital and traditional media strategy.
