Lutz

Lutz is co-CEO and co-founder of Fisheye Analytics. Before he started to analyze media, he built up the indirect sales channel for Dell. He has managed several off- and on-shoring teams of up to 100 employees and started a new business center for transactional sales in Germany. Lutz has a Masters in Quantum Physics and has studied journalism at UNC Chapel Hill.  He is co-author of several articles such as the INSEAD case: "Ericsson Mobility World," and contributed to the book "Managing Media Companies," by Annet Aris.

Ashwin

Ashwin Reddy is co-CEO and co-founder of Fisheye Analytics. Specializing in engineering search systems and crunching volumes of realtime data, he has been instrumental in developing the state-of-art technology which powers Fisheye's business. Today, apart from leading research and development in the company, he is also actively involved in shaping the product. Ashwin spent 3 years conducting research at INSEAD, where he developed algorithms designed to make sense out of unstructured data. His research formed the basis of Fisheye's powerful aggregation and analytics platform and his powerful Importance algorithm is patent pending. Ashwin passionately follows the latest developments in IT and social media, always bringing the freshest ideas into the company. He graduated from BITS Pilani, India, with an engineering degree and a math major.

Lydia

Prior to obtaining her INSEAD MBA, Lydia threw herself into business consulting and IT systems implementation before specializing in branding and communications. To-date, she has overseen established as well as fledgling brands, joining, 'friending' and 'fanning' some of the best and brightest in the industry under the auspices of Ogilvy and Mather Advertising and Rolex S.A.

Sebastian

Sebastian has more than 10 years of sales and finance experience in large multinational organizations. Before joining Fisheye, he held management positions in controlling, pricing and commercial finance at Dell, which is also where he met Lutz. He had initially joined in 2005 as a business development manager in public sector sales, restructuring the sales force and managing an account team. Prior to working for Dell, Sebastian spent 5 years in the financial industry at JP Morgan in the UK, US, France as well as Luxembourg. As part of a trainee programme, he gathered experience in the derivatives sector, credit exposure management and private wealth management. He later managed a number of strategic projects in the asset management division, including joint venture and merger initiatives.
